How do I cancel a backorder?

You can cancel a backorder from within your account by following the instructions below:

1. Login to your account and click the 'Account' icon at the top of the screen.

2. Look to 'Domain Nabber Management' on the right-hand side of the screen, click this.

3. Then click the domain with the backorder you wish to cancel.

4. Click 'Cancel'

You should then be able to track the progress of this refund by seeing the backorder appear in 'Pending Refund', and then the backorder should show up in 'Canceled' once the backorder has been canceled. You will then be refunded via the original method of payment (i.e. credit card, PayPal) within 24 hours.
