You can change your hosting/cPanel (FTP) password from the 'Hosting Services' page of your Name.com account. You will not need to know your hosting password to do this.

1. Log into your Name.com account and click the "Account" button at the top of the screen

2. Click the 'Web Hosting' link in the upper right corner

3. On the Hosting Services page, where it says 'Update Hosting Password', simply enter a new password and confirm that password.

4. Then enter your new password and confirm the new password. Be sure that the password is at least 8 characters long.
