Name.com offers an automatic billing service to help you manage your domains and/or product and services. As long as you have a payment profile created, you can enable/disable this from within your account quickly and easily. Here are some steps to enable/disable automatic billing:

1. Log into your Name.com account and click the 'Account' button at the top of the screen
2. On the 'Manage Your Domains' page you will click the 'red circle/strikethrough' to enable or the 'green circle' to disable auto-renewal or one of your domains of product/services; this will turn automatic billing on for that domain or service

Please note that when domains are set for auto-renewal, the renewal will be processed 4 or 5 weeks prior to the expiration date of the domain(s). This is so we can have time to notify customers if there is an issue with their payment profile and it needs to be updated. When a domain expires websites, and related services such as email, can go down. No one wants that to happen!
