Setting PTR / RDNS Records

At current, you cannot set PTR or RDNS (Reverse DNS) records from your side. We can certainly make these changes for you, however! Please contact us at support@name.com with your IP and the record you would like to set (typically, your hostname) and we'd be happy to help.

We're looking into adding this functionality for you in the future, however, we do need to set those for you at this time.
