How do I add credit to my account?

You can add credit to your account by following the instructions below:
- Log into your Name.com account and press the "Account" button at the top of the screen.
- Click the 'Billing Menu" and then the "View Credit Information" link in the control panel on the right of the screen.
- Select the amount of credit you would like to add (Between $3.00 and $2,500.00) and then click "Submit".

How much time before the purchased credit reflects in the system?
All of our account credit transactions are manually reviewed. Often this creates a bit of a delay and can take us up to 24 hours to review.
