Refund backorder

To refund your backorder please follow these steps:

 

1. Log into your Name.com Account.

2. Click on 'Account' at the top of the page.

3. Click on 'Domain Nabber Management' in the control panel on the right hand side of the page.

4. Click on the 'Cancel' button to the right of the domain.

 

If it is being refunded to credit card, please allow a couple of days for your bank to notate the refund on your account.  If the refund fails to your credit card or Paypal account it will automatically be refunded to your account credit.

next to the domain to "cancel" There is no phrase!
