How do I add email accounts in cPanel?

You can add email accounts from within your cPanel control panel. Here are some quick steps to get this done:

1. Log into your account, and click on "My Web Hosting"



2. Click on the "cPanel Login" button


3. Once logged into your cPanel select "Email Accounts" under the Mail section.


4. On the "Email Accounts" page you can add accounts by filling in the Email and Password (twice!) fields and clicking "Create Account".

**Note** On this same page you can find connection information for you POP3 and IMAP clients by clicking More next to the account you would like to connect to and selecting Configure Email Client. Or you can get your email using the webmail interface by visiting in a browser. 



Once you have added the email accounts you will need to ensure you have the proper MX (mail exchange) records assigned to the domain name. You can do this by going back to the 'Web Hosting Dashboard' page, selecting the domain from the drop-down menu under DNS Management, clicking the DNS Templates button, selecting 'Hosting Email' and then clicking confirm.
