Where can I apply the Promo Code when renewing my domain?

You can apply the promo code in your shopping cart by clicking the link Promo Code? at the bottom of your item list. This will open a dialog where you can enter the promo code.
This actually isn't loading for me and I've tried numerous times. It is really the only reason I have not signed up yet.

I put in the Promo Code. A GREEN check-mark appears, so I proceed to CheckOut - BUT - my Total Remains the SAME O_o Help!!!!!
