You can cancel your Domain Nabber order at any time for a full refund. Here's how:

1. Log into your Name.com account.
2. Select Domain Nabber Management from the Control Panel.
3. On the next page you will see a list of your current backordered domains. Select Cancel.

This will cancel your backorder and refund your purchase to the method of payment you selected when purchasing the backorder. If we are unable to refund that method of payment, the funds will be added to your account credit. You can view your account credit under View Credit Information on the Control Panel.
