To renew your hosting plan first log into your Name.com account. If you do not remember your username or password you can follow these instructions on our Lost Password tool.

Once logged in you should see the Domain Management page with a list of your domains. Normally these will be listed in order of expiration so you should see the domains closest to expiration at the top of the list. If you have many domains be aware that you can search for them by clicking Domain Search on the right hand side of your browser window.

You will find your hosting plan listed underneath the primary domain associated with it. Click the select box next to the hosting plan and then click Renew Checked Products at the top of the domain list. This will add all the renewals to your shopping cart. Click the shopping cart icon on the upper right of your browser window to proceed to the shopping cart. Click Checkout on the lower right and select your saved payment profile or enter new payment information. Don't forget to select Agree to the Terms & Conditions before clicking Complete Order to finish your transaction.
